​Hi!

 

My name is Kat Somers and I am a singer/songwriter/music producer.  In the past year I have taught myself how to produce music, released two singles, and am now prepping my album for release in late August.    I wrote my latest release, Jump In, about letting go of hesitations and anxieties and pushing myself to “jump in” to new situations and relationships. It’s hard and it’s a conscious decision I make when I meet new people or encounter new opportunities but I don’t want to miss out on life because my anxiety is holding me back. This song was a way of encouraging myself and I hope it encourages others too.  I hope you'll enjoy my sound and consider it for your station!
