What moves a successful venture capitalist to start an Institute dedicated to developing business from the heart and soul of all the people involved, - to create a win win model? Peter is inspiring. I love that he uses the mantra "who am I?" to help the employers and employees find the truth of their role in the company. Reminds me of my studies of that loving teacher Ramana Maharshi who claimed that that is the mantra.
