Guest, Dr Donnie Hutchinson, Professor of Work-Life Balance for First Responders
Headlined Show, Responder Resilience December 28, 2022
How can responders succeed in a world where we are often working multiple jobs, handling high call volumes, working under staffing shortages, or just trying to get through one shift at a time?
We’re joined by Dr. Donnie Hutchinson, a Work-Life Balance instructor who works with firefighters, law enforcement officers, and other first responders on self-care and work-life balance programs, to improve their success at home, work, and in life. His website is www.donniehutchinson.com
Dr. Donnie speaks about how work-life balance is a strategic path to success, while two of the top universal priorities in life are one’s health and family. He explains how to create a desired future, and offers other practical tips for improving work-life balance.
Dr. Donnie begins the show with a heartfelt tribute to the late Chief Bobby Halton.
