When we incorporate what I call the 4 HEALTH PILLARS + WATER, and are consistent in practicing them, we can attain and maintain excellent Health & Wellbeing. These are simple but effective practices that can lead to great results: Good plant-based nutrition, moderate exercise(walking is ma's best medicine said Hypocrites), prayer & meditation, good quality & quantity of sleep, decreased stress level, and lots of clean water.
